The South Dakota School of Mines and Technology will host an alcohol-free, family-friendly Cinco de Mayo celebration on May 5, 2009, in the Surbeck Center Ballroom from 5-7 p.m.
The event will feature the annual chili pepper eating contest, DJ Luis Cruz playing Latin beats and a dance floor to enjoy them on, a salsa dance exhibition, piñatas, door prizes and more. Delicious Mexican food will also be served.
