The South Dakota School of Mines and Technology will host NanoExpo 2009 Saturday, April 25 from 1-3:30 p.m. in the Black Hills Business Development Center.
During this first annual exposition, School of Mines nanoscience and nanoengineering Ph.D. students will present their research endeavors in poster form. Awards for the best posters will be presented at the conclusion of the exposition.
The event is free and open to the public and refreshments will be served. This event is encouraged for those who have wondered what nano really is, want to learn what types of nanoscience and nanoengineering research is being conducted at the School of Mines or are considering nanoscience for a career choice.
