
Sam Tlustos, a metallurgical engineering major from Sioux Falls, and Shana Bauer, an interdisciplinary sciences major from Pierre, were elected Homecoming King and Queen during the M-Week ceremony held Thursday night at the School of Mines. Tlustos has been involved with Alpha Chi Sigma, Order of Omega, Material Advantage, Interfraternity Council and served as an orientation leader.
Bauer has been involved with Alpha Delta Pi and United Campus Ministries and has served as Leadership Chair and Historian and as a resident assistant.
The royalty, selected by students, will preside over the M-Week parade and the Homecoming football game Saturday, September 29.
